Show us who you are! In addition to your written essay, please upload a short video (maximum 2 minutes). This is your chance to step off the page and introduce yourself to the selection committee.
In your video, please cover:
- A brief introduction (you, your education and your family).
- A quick “fun fact” or something about your personality that isn’t in your transcript.
We want to hear your story.
Please share your journey by writing on the following topics:
Topic 1: Resilience and the Path Forward
Describe a significant challenge or obstacle you have faced and how you navigated it using your greatest strengths. How did this experience help you identify your weaknesses, and how will overcoming these traits assist you in achieving your specific career goals in Bangladesh?
Topic 2: Purpose-Driven Leadership
Lucid Hope is more than a scholarship; it is a family of impactful leaders. Beyond academic titles, share a moment where you influenced others or served your community. Why do you deserve to be part of this family, and what unique perspective or skills would you bring to our collective mission?
Topic 3: Vision for Impact
Explain what inspired your chosen academic or career path and how your goals align with making a meaningful impact in Bangladesh. In your journey toward these goals, what is one internal weakness you are working to transform into a strength, and why is the Lucid Hope Scholarship the essential next step for your success?
