Maliha Khan Attends 1st Inter-University Conference

Congratulations to Maliha Khan Puspita (2022 –23 recepient) for her insightful presentation at the 1st Inter-University Undergraduate Conference on Bangladesh and International Relations! We are proud of your achievements, keep up the great work! Well done!

She recently had the opportunity to attend the 1st Inter-University Undergraduate Conference on Bangladesh and International Relations, organized by the Department of International Relations, University of Rajshahi, as a paper presenter.

Her paper explores how trans-boundary water management, particularly dam construction projects by upstream neighboring countries, exacerbates Bangladesh’s climate vulnerability. The study also highlights the geopolitical tensions that hinder effective water-sharing agreements and discusses how Bangladesh can strengthen regional cooperation through multilateral diplomacy and international legal frameworks.

It was an incredible experience for Maliha to meet other undergraduate International Relations students from various universities and learn about their insights.
